Our Small Business Loan Programs start at $350K and go up to $12 Million and more on a case by case basis.
For Medium and Larger size Companies we can assist with Conventional Financing, Bridge Loans and limited Development Loans. Typically our preferred minimum loan amount is $20 Million, however a few of our Lending Partners will consider loans down to $10 Million on select property types.
